The first Windows alpha was released on June 21, 2026. By October 11, the app had reached version 0.1.10 beta. These eleven releases established automatic activity history, then worked on making it easier to review and more dependable to use.
Here is that history in one place, based on the published GitHub release notes. The dates below are release dates; this retrospective was written later. Historical settings and limits should not be read as the current product offer.
0.1.0 Alpha — June 21, 2026
The first alpha included the background activity recorder, a local timeline and a Trends dashboard. It also offered a feedback form in Settings for reporting bugs and requesting features.
0.1.1 — July 5, 2026
This update fixed a jumping timeline scroll position, added space between time-range selectors and improved background tracking for developer tools.
0.1.2 — July 10, 2026
The release notes described removing the earlier 14-day history cleanup and recalculating past activity when category rules changed. They also covered local-midnight day boundaries, limits on unusually long sessions after sleep or crashes, and filtering lock-screen transitions from activity totals.
It was marked as a breaking storage change. Its database-reset instructions belong to that historical release, not to a normal upgrade today.
0.1.3 — July 12, 2026
This release introduced the in-app updater and refreshed foreground-window tracking. Category rules could be updated separately from the app, while reporting for unrecognized activity and feedback received further work.
The notes also described changes to local data processing, time-zone handling and recovery after sleep or crashes, plus a fix for reopening the interface after an update.
0.1.4 — July 22, 2026
The published note records a test of the in-app updater. It does not describe additional user-facing features.
0.1.5 Beta — July 27, 2026
The first beta brought together automatic application and window-title tracking, local activity history, dashboard views, feedback in Settings and in-app update prompts.
Its notes described seven days of detailed history and 30 days of trends. Those were descriptions of that beta, not the current history limits or a permanent free-plan promise.
0.1.6 Beta — August 23, 2026
Dark appearance became the default. Onboarding and Settings were updated, with recent-history and full activity-history deletion options. App icons, icon caching, background services and update handling also received improvements.
0.1.7 Beta — August 30, 2026
Work focused on activity tracking and reporting, including fixes to unknown-activity handling. The release also addressed layout stability and saved preferences, refined the interface and documented product usage analytics.
0.1.8 Beta — September 6, 2026
Week and Month views returned to Trends. Activity reporting, navigation and layout received further work, alongside changes to the desktop shell, spacing and visual consistency. The notes also described product analytics separately from personal activity data.
0.1.9 Beta — September 22, 2026
This release added category distributions to Today and Trends, plus website activity in Trends grouped by domain rather than full paths or queries. Application grouping and expandable activity details made the recorded history easier to explore.
Other changes covered Today, Week and Month comparisons, activity thresholds, live refresh while Today was visible, and background behavior in the tray. Dashboard layout, loading states, accessibility and internal type checks were also updated.
0.1.10 Beta — October 11, 2026
The focus shifted to everyday Windows use: initial startup, hiding and restoring the window, closing to the tray, and app/taskbar icons during launch. Navigation and the Notes editor received accessibility polish, with further stability and test-coverage work.
This was a Windows beta release. Android was not included in its release acceptance.
