Review your Windows activity, add optional Daily Notes, and return to current views when a new day begins.
App released
Overview published · Ripple Studios
RetroSee helps you look back at how you spend time on your Windows PC. Review apps, websites and categories in Today and Trends, then add optional Daily Notes for the context you want to remember.
What changes in 0.1.13
- Return to a fresh day. When you come back on a different calendar day, Today Dashboard and Daily Note open Today, even if you previously selected an older date.
- Keep your chosen Trends view. Trends opens the current week or month while retaining your Week/Month choice.
- Keep same-day selections. Returning to the running app later on the same day preserves the dates you selected. Dashboard and Note navigation remain independent.
- Save before switching Notes. Pending edits are saved under their original date before Today’s note opens. If saving fails, the existing draft stays open.
- More resilient startup. Initial activity loading can continue while the optional window-visibility check is unavailable.
Windows beta
This is an optional Windows 10/11 x64 beta update. Core activity history stays on your PC and works offline. Optional activity categorization and product analytics have separate data flows; see the Privacy Policy.
Bugs may occur. Use Settings → Send feedback to tell us what happened if something behaves unexpectedly. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning for the installer; download it from the official release source. The download on the website follows the latest Windows beta, which may become newer than this version.
