By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Focus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

2. About Focus

Focus is a Windows application developed by Ripple Studios that automatically records computer activity and organizes it into information such as application usage, website activity, categories, summaries, and trends.

Focus is currently provided as an early beta product. Features, availability, and functionality may change as development continues.

3. License to Use Focus

Subject to these terms, Ripple Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Focus on compatible Windows devices for your personal use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of Focus except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

4. Your Activity Data

Focus is designed to store detailed activity information locally on your device. You are responsible for your device, its security, and access to the activity information stored on it.

You can delete your stored activity history using the data purge features provided by Focus.

5. Beta Software

Focus is currently in an early beta stage. The application may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, or other defects.

Focus may provide software updates, including bug fixes, security improvements, feature changes, and new versions.

Updates may be distributed through the mechanisms supported by the application and its release infrastructure.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Focus to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation of the application or its supporting services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

8. What Focus Is Not

Focus is a computer activity and time-intelligence application. It is not payroll software, legally certified attendance software, or a legal employment-compliance system.

Information produced by Focus should not be treated as legally authoritative working-time records, payroll records, or statutory compliance records.

Ripple Studios does not represent Focus as providing compliance with specific employment, working-time, payroll, or attendance regulations.

9. Availability and Changes

Ripple Studios may modify, suspend, or discontinue Focus or any related service at any time.

Because Focus is an early beta product, continued availability of the application, individual features, or supporting services is not guaranteed.

10. Disclaimer

Focus is provided on an early-beta basis and to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties or guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

You are responsible for evaluating whether Focus is suitable for your needs and for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ripple Studios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Focus.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Ripple Studios may update these Terms of Use as Focus and its services develop. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of Focus after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
